A snapshot of the Marin County market from November 2024 through February 2025. These numbers describe that period, not today’s market.

Lots of new inventory on the market! The average sale-price-to-list-price ratio was 101.4%, meaning homes were selling above asking, most likely because buyer competition had picked back up. The median list price rose slightly, which may reflect sellers adjusting to a re-energized market after the fall and winter months.
