A little over a month in our new home and it feels like a miracle. But the real miracle was finding Naomi and Katherine to work with. Wow. What an unbelievable job Naomi and Katherine did in preparing and selling my Marin house. I have had many excellent realtors over the years when I've bought and sold houses, but Naomi and Katherine just take the cake. They were hands on at every step. They were available day and night. They kept me up to date on every twist and turn of the process. Their evaluation of what I had to do to optimize the sale price was spot on. I gave them a budget and a deadline and they literally worked miracles within it. The house was priced perfectly.
