A snapshot of the Marin County market for March 1–15, 2025. These numbers describe that period, not today’s market.

More listings were popping up as spring approached. The number of properties for sale increased 47%, and homes on average were selling slightly above asking. We personally saw a big uptick in buyers taking their search off pause and getting back into the market. Desirable properties were receiving multiple offers, with buyers willing to go over asking to secure the home.
