Thorne Home Team 2025 Sales

2025 was our busiest year yet. We were proud to be part of 28 sales representing nearly $34 million in sales volume.

The numbers matter, but the part we remember is the people: buyers and sellers making big moves, agents working together, lenders and title teams keeping transactions moving, and clients trusting us with homes that meant something to them. We finished the year grateful, and very ready for 2026.

The year covered a wide range of homes, from smaller condominiums to multimillion-dollar single-family properties, and both sides of the transaction: helping sellers bring homes to market and helping buyers win them.

The work behind the number

Twenty-eight sales means twenty-eight different sets of priorities, property questions, negotiations, deadlines and moving plans. Some clients were leaving a home they’d known for years; others were trying to secure the next one. The count is the simple part. The decisions inside each transaction are where the work lives.
