Thorne Home Team 2022 Sales

2022 was a dramatic year in real estate. The market hit all-time highs, with multiple-offer chaos in the summer sending some sales up to $1 million over asking. Then rising mortgage rates quickly slowed things down into a calm winter.

Through it all, we guided our buyers through multiple-offer situations with dozens of offers, and through buying with less purchasing power as rates rose. On one San Anselmo sale, our buyers prevailed over 11 offers. For our sellers, we tailored our project management to each one, from off-market sales for minimal stress to full market prep with renovation, landscaping and staging.
